We just opened our new office location on East 50th St. and are seeking ambitious, dedicated, determined sales people, who have great work ethic, to join our team. No experience necessary, start earning on your first day. No office fees or startup costs, just be someone who possesses the qualities needed and we will begin training you immediately.
- Must have a genuine desire to succeed, be well mannered and have a professional demeanor and appearance.
-Must be self motivated, independent, and have great problem solving skills.
-Must have written as well as oral sales skills, and have computer proficiency (word, excel, outlook)
-Must have a charismatic personality and be able to work with, and effectively communicate with people, and fully understand your client’s needs.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Placing advertisements and responding to inquiries.
2. Meeting clients, showing properties and matching those clients with compatible properties
3. Negotiating and suggesting offers with clients and landlords
Licenses:
Candidates must be licensed or enrolled in New York State Real Estate Licensing Class. If you have the required qualities and you need help with getting started, there are many ways to get you on the quick track to your career in real estate.
Full time Real Estate agents can earn up to $150,000
